Step 2: 1-2-1 Beginners Course
If you are new to CrossFit we can arrange a 1 to 1 beginners course spread over 2 hour long sessions at a time to suit you.
Learn directly from our expert coaches during 2 1 to 1 personal training sessions. These sessions will allow you to learn all the fundamental movements needed to join our main class program.

Step 3: Skills test for existing CrossFitters
If you already have CrossFit experience and wish to join us, all you have to do is complete a short skills test. This test is to make sure you are up to speed with all the fundamental movements found in CrossFit. If we are happy you can then sign up and join our main classes.
The test costs £10 and lasts no more than 15 minutes.
