This week we take on a plethora of classic CF triplets and couplets, two team/partner workouts and some tough upper and lower body supersets to get our #functionalbodybuilding game strong.

Tuesday- Upper Body Superset, Long Team Workout

Wednesday-  Weightlifting Wednesday

Thursday-  Thruster, Classic CF Couplet

Friday- Upper Body Superset, Classic CF Triplet
