Check out this week’s strength and skill work for this week everyone.
This week we refocus on those classic barbell moves, the back squat and deadlift as well as hone our pull up skills on Thursday.
Conditioning wise, we go fully aerobic on Monday with a tough partner workout and touch on some classic CrossFit workouts on Thursday and Tuesday.

Wednesday- Weightlifting Wednesday,tough EMOM
Thursday- Pull Ups, Classic CF Quadruplet
