STRENGTH AND SKILLS FOR NEXT WEEK

This week we start the week blasting our core and getting a mega sweat on with a tough partner workout.

Strength wise we work hard on Front Squats and strict presses. Skill wise we touch on some rope climbs to finish #friyay…how lovely.
