This week we concentrate on developing our Deadlift as well as combining the Clean and the Thruster to create the dreaded ‘Cluster’ on Thursday.
Conditioning wise we hit up a long workout on Monday and a lovely ‘Fight Gone Bad’ style workout on Friyay.
