STRENGTH AND SKILLS FOR NEXT WEEK

Check out this weeks strength and skill moves everyone.

This week we hit up some serious engine building with two longer conditioning pieces on Monday and Thursday. 

We also get the barbell back in to our hands on Thursday and Friday with some big time squatting and pressing respectively.

Tuesday- Lower Body/Core Superset, Classic CF Triplet

Wednesday- Weightlifting Wednesday

Thursday-  Back Squat, Long Partner Workout
