STRENGTH AND SKILLS FOR NEXT WEEK

Check out this weeks strength and skill moves everyone.

This week we hit the ground rowing with a lovely 500m row test and long partner workout on Monday. Tuesday and Friday see us work hard on both deadlifts and front squats followed by 2 pretty tasty longer workouts.

Monday- Rowing Fun, 30 min Partner Workout

Tuesday- Deadlift, 20 min AMRAP

Wednesday- Weightlifting Wednesday

Thursday-  Ring Dips, 25 min EMOM

Friday- Front Squat, Barbell based workout
