It’s back to the rig and the barbell for the forth workout of the Reebok CrossFit Games Open 2019 taking place in Monday’s classes. The class will be just like every other one but will also give everyone a chance to take on 19.4 too. The workout will be adapted for those wanting to get a decent workout in but not signed up for the Open itself.

This week we test your heavy front squat and deadlifts as well as the always awesome and spicy workouts.

Wednesday- Weightlifting Session with Manu, specific for you.

Thursday- Pull Up Based Skills Session, 2x 6min AMRAP’s

Friday- Heavy Deadlift, Tough 15 Min EMOM
