Check out this week’s strength and skill moves everyone.

It’s back to the dumbbell and handstand for the third workout of the Reebok CrossFit Games Open 2019 taking place in Monday’s classes. The class will be just like every other one but will also give everyone a chance to take on 19.3 too. The workout will be adapted for those wanting to get a decent workout in but not signed up for the Open itself.

Check out the video below for some tips to help you get the most out of 19.3.

This week we also check out some more bench presses, back squats as well as the always awesome, push presses.

Monday-  Shoulder/Overhead Prep/Handstand Prep, Open Workout 19.3 (Or a variation to suit you)

Tuesday-  Bench Press, Classic CF Pairs Workout

Wednesday- Weightlifting Session with Manu, specific for you.

Thursday- Back Squat, 2×7 Minute AMRAP’s

Friday- Push Press, 15 Minute EMOM
