It’s back to the barbell for the second workout of the Reebok CrossFit Games Open 2019 take place in Monday’s classes. The class will be just like every other one but will also give everyone a chance to take on 19.2 too.
Check out the video below for some tips to help you get the most out of 19.2.
This week we also check out some more front squats as well as the always awesome, handstand push ups. Thursday see’s another tough Open like workout involving some puke inducing movements.
