STRENGTH AND SKILLS FOR NEW YEAR WEEK

Check out the strength and skill moves for the classes this week everyone. 

We start the New Year celebrations with a very tasty barbell based partner workout you can all get your teeth in to.

We then get back to the grind with some higher rep back squat and bench press work to start the 2019 with a bang along with some simple conditioning pieces to get you blowing too.

Wednesday- Weightlifting Session with Manu, Clean and Jerk Focus

Thursday- Back Squat, 12 Min AMRAP

Friday- Bench Press, 16 Min EMOM

Saturday- Snatch focus day
