Check out all the strength and skill moves for the festive week everyone.
On Monday we will be taking on the 605 12 Days of Christmas workout. This will take place from 9am-11am and will be run in heats on a first come first served basis. It’s a really fun workout and who knows, there might be some post workout mince pies to go round too.
The rest of the week sees us add a couple of fun movements we don’t touch on that regularly, including rope climbs- CLICK HERE to watch some excellent rope climb tips. We will also be hitting some longer workouts to help you blow the cobwebs away after all of your festive food.
