Conditioning wise we hit some more longer aerobic pieces on Monday and Thursday with some shorter, sharper efforts on Tuesday and Friday.

Tuesday- Strict Press, 5×4 minute 60 second intervals
Wednesday- Power Clean, Hang Clean, 8 Min EMOM
Thursday- Push Press, Long Workout
Friday- Front Squat, Classic CF Triplet
Saturday- Clean, Clean Pull, Behind the Neck Push Press
