STRENGTH AND SKILLS FOR NEXT WEEK

Check out the strength and skill moves skills for next week everyone.

This week we focus on adding load to both our back squat and deadlift and also tackle the famous benchmark workout, ‘The Chief’ on Monday. Check out the video below for some super tips on how to take on  the ‘Chief’. There will also be a couple of ‘tasty’ partner workouts to get your juices flowing too.

Tuesday- Ring Rows, Kettlebell Swings superset, Partner AMRAP

Wednesday- Hang Clean, Push Press/Split Jerk Superset, 8 Minute EMOM

Thursday- Back Squat, 15 Minute AMRAP

Friday- Deadlift, Team workout

Saturday- Hang Power Snatch, Hang Snatch+OHS, Snatch Grip Deadlift
