This week we focus on adding load to both our back squat and deadlift and also tackle the famous benchmark workout, ‘The Chief’ on Monday. Friday- Deadlift, Team workout
Saturday- Hang Power Snatch, Hang Snatch+OHS, Snatch Grip Deadlift
