3 TnG Power Cleans, 2 Hang Cleans, 1 STOH- This is done in one unbroken set.

Then:

EMOM 16:

Min 1- 1-2 Rope Climbs
Min 2- Sled Push- 2- 4 Lengths (Heavy load)
Min 3- 1-3 Bar Muscle Ups
Min 4- 50 Double Unders

Then:

In Pairs- 1 person completes 1 full round and tags their partner.

7 Rounds Each of:

7 Thrusters (42.5/30)
7 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
7 Burpees
