Check out next week’s strength and skill moves everyone. We have a new block of programming starting this week put together by all of the coaches.

We decided to put our heads together and come up with 8-12 weeks of high quality class programming designed to get you fitter, stronger, leaner and injury free. 

Here’s to a great summer of functional based fitness.

Monday- Back Squat, 2×10 minute AMRAP’s

Tuesday- Upper Body Press, Pull and Core (Abz), Partner Workout

Wednesday- Snatch Complex, Clean Complex,Bulgarian Split Squat

Thursday- Gymnastic Holds+Core (Abz), Classic Triplet

Friday- Assault Bike Sprints, Running Intervals

Barbell Club- Snatch Complex, Clean Complex, Split Jerk
