Odd- 8-12 Front Squats@70/50 (From the floor)
Even- 6-10 C2B Pull Ups

 

Then:

10 Minutes HS Walk Practice (or HSPU’s, HS Holds etc) and Legless Rope climb work.

 

Then:

AMRAP 15

In Pairs- one person completes a full round of:

12 Wall Balls
10 Box Jump Overs
8 Hang Power Snatch (35/25)
